1.1. This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the owner of the link shortening service 1n.rs (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and the users of this Service (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accept the terms of this Agreement in full. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the Service.
1.3. The owner of the Service reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the Users. The current version of the Agreement is available on the 1n.rs website, and the User is obliged to regularly check for changes.
2.1. The Service provides the following services:
Shortening long links with the ability to set an expiration date;
Providing a password for access to the short link;
Analytics of transitions through short links, including data on the number of transitions and marketing information about visitors.
2.2. Services are provided "as is". The owner of the Service is not responsible for possible errors, malfunctions, or incompatibility with the User's devices or software.
3.1. The User agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3.2. The User agrees not to:
Distribute materials prohibited by law through shortened links;
Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or phishing;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or server systems.
3.3. The User is responsible for the security of their access data to the Service, including passwords.
4.1. The owner of the Service is not responsible for:
Damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Service;
Actions of third parties related to the use of the Service;
Lost information if such loss did not occur through the fault of the Service Owner.
4.2. The User is fully responsible for all actions performed using their account, including the content and use of shortened links.
4.3. In case of violation of the terms of this Agreement by the User, the Service Owner has the right to block or delete the User's account without prior notice.
5.1. The Service Owner undertakes to ensure the protection of Users' personal data in accordance with applicable law.
5.2. The Service may collect and use anonymized data about Users for analytics and improvement of the services provided.
6.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the Service Owner is registered.
6.2. In case of disputes between the User and the Service Owner, they are subject to resolution in court in accordance with the laws of the country of registration of the Service Owner.
6.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
